Circus

Before the circus we had a meet and greet with some of the performers.

We learned alot about elephant teeth:

1. elephants are born with their first set of teeth.

2.  they have four: two upper teeth and two lower teeth.

3.  they get six sets of teeth in a lifetime.

4.  they are herbivores so their teeth are meant for mashing and grinding

5.  a full-grown adult tooth can weigh 9 pounds or more.
