Pay it Forward

Pay it Forward
1.  Be one of the first THREE or FIVE bloggers to leave a comment on this post, which then entitles you to a handmade item from me (yeah for handmade!).
2.  Winners must post this challenge on their own blog, meaning that you will pay it forward, creating a handmade gift - anything! - for the first THREE (or FIVE) bloggers who leave a comment on YOUR post about this giveaway!
3.  The gift that you send to your 3 (or 5) friends can be from any price range and you have 365 days to make/ship your item.  This means you should be willing to maintain your blog at least until you receive your gift and have shipped your gifts.  And, remember it's the spirit and the thought that count!
4.  When you receive your gift, blog about it!  If you are not one of the first three (or five) to comment on this post, you can still play along.  Go ahead and start your own Pay It Forward chain, and encourage your blogging friends to do the same!  It's all about paying it forward.

**Christy's Note:  I will take the first five (5) commentors.  My gift to you will be a set of 5 handmade cards, so in your comment please let me know what kind of card you want (birthday, thank you, blank, baby, etc.).  If you are commentor number 6 or higher I will make you a set of 3 cards, I will need to know what kind of card you desire also.  Everyone will have their cards by the end of March.  Enjoy!

Oga

I'm sure you're wondering what 'oga' is....it's yoga.  David loves doing yoga and that's how he says it.  David has done yoga with me every morning all this week.  I checked out a children's yoga book from the library and David loves imitating the pictures he sees on the pages.  During the day I continuously hear David ask if it's time to do 'oga'.

When I am doing yoga or David is ready to do yoga he pulls out his "mat" and lays it next to mine.  Now David's mat is usually either Dustin's or my towel from the bathroom.  David pulls it out, straightens it flat and when we're finished he rolls it up just like I roll my mat.

David's first Talk

Today David gave his first talk in Primary.  I had the talk all typed up, Dustin practiced with David and he did great.  Once David was up at the microphone....he loved it and was so excited to be up there.  I don't know that anyone could understand his talk because he was excited and silly but I knew (because I typed it up).  I was so proud of how well he handled it.  The saddest part was when we had to go back to his regular seat and leave the special chair for the kids that give talks.  He wanted to stay in the special chair and so our primary president told him he could stay if he was reverent.  I am one proud mom!
