Garden

Our garden a couple of weeks ago:

We are just doing a greens garden this year since we would be able to harvest spinach, chard and lettuce throughout the summer and still continue to have fresh greens for salads. I didn't want a full garden since we won't be here in the fall. David did, however, want to grow some corn so we planted a few corn plants. You can't see them in the pictures above.

I weeded and weeded out all those extra spinach plants (we had a lot of weeded spinach!) in between rain storms.

Garden Weeded - you can see our little frog and David's corn plants!

I'll get more pictures of our garden for you soon. We are loving our garden and the corn is fun to watch because the stalks are kind of red.

Wow! I'm so impressed with your gardening skills! Oh, and I think that is one of the cutest little frogs I've ever seen!

i planted our garden back at the beginning of march and just let it hang out until it was warm enough to grow. good thing too, with our weather i wouldn't be able to put a garden in now.

I'm so jealous! Hopefully we'll get our backyard finished soon and then maybe, just maybe we'll have a garden.
