Matthew's Habit

This is what Matthew does while eating every time we set him in his chair for a meal.

While we have been in Washington Matthew has sat in a different seat and cannot hook his legs on the edge of his tray.  Instead Matthew has taken to swinging his legs; he kicks pretty good now.
