Sour Dough 2

So as requested the recipe for my sour dough bread & starter is posted.  To get the recipe click HERE!  I hope you all have great success in your own sour dough adventures.  We are going to be having more tomorrow.

Thanks for this Christy! Just a quick question. To keep the starter going (after using some of it), you just keep adding the cup of water and flour? Never adding more yeast?

yeah, i'm pretty sure you just keep feeding it with flour and water. the fermenting would make it's own yeast.
